

And so I tell people, I kind of like real estate, but I love business. And I've started a few businesses throughout my, you know, my life and from early age, and I saw real estate as a really cool business. So I read that and I said, I got to understand this real estate thing. And there's a few mind altering books out there. But it's a it's a mind altering book, right. And not because everything in there is gospel, I don't believe or not, I don't want 100% agree with everything in there. It's one of the first books I encourage people to read not because it's the best book in the world. And if you ask any investor, that's probably the same book that got most people thinking about it. And and the first book that really got me thinking about it was Rich Dad, Poor Dad. So that so to get started, why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself? What initially got you interested in real estate? I'm NY I am NY The investor guy should be able to get in from here on out. Yeah, we try to bring on a little bit of everything just so listeners can kind of get, you know, a broad sphere of ideas and knowledge and I apologize about pronouncing your name right. But uh, I'm excited to be on you know, listen to a bunch of your, your episodes, some great guests and, you know, different, you know, not just real estate that I'm kind of in the real estate investing world, but you bring on some business minds as well. Um, my, my wife came up with alumni the investor guy, so I help with their memory there, but I just felt that I get them quite quite a bit as well. So it's spelled Omni it's actually alumni. And I'm really excited to discuss with him what exactly it is that he does. Today, we have the pleasure of bringing Omni and Omni is someone who, as I've been researching him, and studying up, he's doing exactly what it is that I want to do. Not everyone's the same, right? And I think I'm automatically balancing what they get from their mom.

And I'll say, within our our three kids, how I treat each kid is different. I'll tell you what, that's that's parenting advice from someone that's not a parent yet. If your kids are starving, probably don't say get 100%
